Merchandise with logo trim can only be returned as a size change. Unless it does not correspond to the order. In this case, Antholzer KG will bear the cost of return shipping.
 
For a return, due to the internal processing costs, a service fee of 6.90 € net applies.
 
If there is sufficient budget, the fee will be deducted from it. However, if not, this will have to be paid by the customer in advance.
 
In all cases, please include a completed return form, otherwise we may not be able to process your request correctly and in a timely manner.

Prices are shown in the gross and are incl. VAT and corresponding shipping costs.

We ship with DHL. Shipping costs are EUR 6.90 net per order. Orders sent to the Sano location do not incur shipping costs.

Our prices include the packaging costs and the statutory VAT.

ANTHOLZER GmbH & Co. KG, Ohmstraße 3, 84137 Vilsbiburg, Germany, transmits the personal data collected for the purpose of processing the contract to the company Sano Die Tier-Änderer, Grafenwald 1, 84180 Loiching. This includes the following data:

  • Company name of the client
  • Client’s business address
  • Number and type of finishing by logo
  • Order value
  • Consent data of customers

This is done so that Sano can assign a purchase on the basis of this data and grant the desired discount. The granting of the consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future, in whole or in part, without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent. The revocation can be explained in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days, without giving reasons. In the event of an effective revocation, the benefits received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits drawn (e.g., interest). The cost of the return is to be borne by the customer if the goods delivered correspond to the ones ordered, otherwise the return is free of charge. Processed items are excluded from a return after the order has been cleared.

The data transmitted will be stored by Sano in accordance with the statutory retention periods (3 years for the consent data; 11 years for the other data mentioned above).
